CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect the time and commitment of both my clients and myself, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 20% cancellation fee. No-show appointments will result in the deposit being forfeited. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows me to provide quality service and availability to all clients.
